The pho is really good. I've come to love it so much that it's become the pho that I compare all other pho with. <3

My Fiance' and I were looking for a good place in Tulsa to have PHO'. Well I looked on the internet and found Pho Da Cao. When we visited the restaurant we were quite dissapointed with the fact that the Pho' had very little flavor. It was kind of bland. We were also dissapointed with the fact that the family running this food establishment seemed to be having some sort of dissagreement going on and were not getting along. Even tho they were speaking there native language, we could tell they were arguing over some sort of subject, and at one point one of the younger peoplem working even spoke some english during the arguement and said " I didn't say anything to you like that!" As the older woman went to the back of the restaurant. This did not make for a very friendly environment. Because of the ongoing dissagreement our server was so distracted that were were not getting served and others eating there were not happy either.
I think arguements should be kept in the rear of the establishment and should never be apparent to visitors.

This is really delicious pho, and the veggies, sprouts, basil, etc., are always fresh and plentiful. I do wish the broth had more complexity. Keo on Peoria actually beats them here (tho Pho Da Cao wins on other fronts). But this place is cheap, consistent, and yummy.

Best pho in Tulsa. Exceptional flavor and a price that can't be beat. Friendly and fast service. Don't bother going anywhere else for pho, there isn't any better in town.
White boy loves pho
I have to agree with Ned. I travel extensively and I'm always looking for top-notch pho. You can stop searching because Pho Da Cao is where it's at.
I've eaten it on the west coast, east coast, the mexican border, Japan and Korea. Pho Da Cao is a Tulsa treasure. The food is consistently delicious and the service is good. It can get busy at lunchtime, so my advice is to go early.
Crazy ass place, people speaking their native tongue and running around the restaurant like chickens with their heads cut off. The older woman stares at you with cold blank eyes while enjoy your delicious and satisfying pho. Never try the Chinese it is absolutely horrendous.
