Tiny little place tucked away in the corner of a strip mall's parking lot. Since it is a small, not well known place there is generally no wait and the environment is relaxed and not noisy. The pho is delicious and very reasonably priced, a small bowl is about as big as my head for only $6.25 :) They are very accommodating for vegetarians and their crystal rolls are great also!
