This restaurant has been here for a few years, but it isn't listed on this site, so I figured I'd fix that. Never been there before. Popped in for a lunch visit on 7/2/10. Only one other group was there, and one to-go order came and went while I was there. This is a small Viet restaurant (not just a pho joint) in a strip center that is occupied largely by hispanic oriented businesses. It's behind Pizza Hut. I ordred cha gio and a large pho tai chin nam. The cha gio was very good. Veggies fresh and generous. The pho was decent. The broth was fairly bland in my opinion, as well as the meat. But some seasoning helped that out. The veggies were fresh and noodles were good. The service was excellent, and the two males there were very friendly and attentive.
This is the only Viet restaurant I know of which is directly off of I-70 in the Denver area. I frequent this area often, and will return due to the location alone. Not the best pho out there, but it will do when in need of a fix.
Thai Bao is a great place to eat Phở! It is really good here. They do not give you a lot of meat like usual. Just one time when I was there, the meat was not cooked enough. Overall it's great and the people there are very polite and generous. I would recommend it to anyone.
