I tried several different restaurants in Cleveland area. Pho Hoa is the best I ever tasted. THe hot source and hoisin source is good also. I wish it serves bigger amount for a large size. Bubble teas are fantastic too.

I'm Vietnamese American and know my pho when I taste it. This restaurant, also known as Superior Pho, serves up a far more satisfying bowl of pho than the nearby Pho # 1 restaurant. The pho here is arguably the best in Cleveland, very close to the restaurant phos I ate growing up NYC (which boasts some very good restaurant phos). At $7.25 for a large bowl, it is pricier in comparison to NYC pho (typically $5/bowl) and is a tad bit skimpy on noodles (I always want more when I get to the bottom of my bowl), but this is by far the best restaurant pho I've eaten since moving to this little Midwestern city. I highly recommend this place - the Bun Bo Hue (Hue noodle soup) is also very good. And the Vietnamese sandwiches are very good too, though like everything else, leaves you wanting a little more after your last bite. I was confused by all the rave reviews for the bubble teas though at this place though, as this place, like most Cleveland restaurants I've eaten at so far, makes completely flavorless bubble teas. And if you are in the mood for more home cooked Vietnamese foods (like Bun Thit Nuong, Banh Xeo), brought to your table by the very same woman who cooked your food in the kitchen, definitely try Khiem's Vietnamese Restaurant in Lakewood, OH.

They've changed the name to Superior Pho.

Pho is delicious, rich hearty hot broth, great noodles, plenty of fresh veggies, good quality meats. Limited menu beyond pho and bun, great summer rolls. Mediocre decor but the best pho around.

Superior Pho has exceptional cusine and atmosphere, is spotless, has courtious and friendly staff.
The owner greets every patron and gives extra conversation and amenities in order to make you feel at home. My wife and I drive 70 miles for bowls of this exceptional soup. Just writing this review makes me hungry for a bowl. Every one of our friends that we have introduced to this food are converted to it. We eat Pho in Washington,D.C., Maryland, Virginia and Superior Pho is by far the best.

I eat at Superior Pho about once a week and consider myself a Pho addict (I sometimes dream about Pho). The Pho here is very consistent and about as perfect as I have tasted. I travel for my job quite a bit and plan my trips around trying Pho in cities across the US and Canada(many great Pho shops in Ontario) and Superior Pho ranks as one of the best. Consistency is important and I think they have this down, the condiments are also always fresh and plentiful. My only complaint is that they do not offer an XL size bowl, I always leave wanting just a little more but maybe this is what keeps me coming back. I sandwich is also very tasty here.

We drove 3 hrs to try this restaurant and were not disappointed. We almost missed the restaurant as there are no signs on Superior Ave. You have to go down the alley behind the building for parking and the entrance.
