Very, very good place. Different from many pho joints in that it is modern looking and nicely detailed with an extremely friendly wait staff. Their pho is excellent; the broth is great, they give you huge portions of good meat and noodles, and they don't skimp on the accompaniments. Along with the quality pho they also offer tasty frozen yogurt and some addictingly good boba smoothies. Overall my new favorite place to get pho in the Denver metro area.
This is the best one ever. A lil slow but the food is great!
The last time I ate at Pho Yo they were out of basil. The kid didn't mention that a staple with their dish was out prior to ordering our food. They are also just across the parking lot from H Mart (an Asian market) where a plethora of basil exists to hold them over until their shipment comes in. I mentioned this and was told that the shipment would be in tomorrow and that it was already paid for…this obviously doesn't help today, does it?
Not sure if there is a manager at this store but if there is they did a very poor job that day. It is always dirty and sticky and the service can be great and can be very poor; depending on whom you get. The food is consistent and the peanut sauce is awesome but based on my last experience…I will not be back as there are plenty of other restaurants close by…such as Pho79
