I didn't know they had it!!!
Then I saw a picture of pho on the wall and asked. (It's called "Rice Noodle Soup" (#71 on their menu) but they know, and I know, and we know. It's pho!)
The pho had too many noodles in it for me. The broth wasn't clear but tasted excellent. (It's a thai restaurant and the broth seemed slightly influenced by that.) Beef slices were a little thick, which made the quality more obvious. Meatballs had none of the... gristle? fat?... in it. No beef tendon offered on the menu but I avoid that anyway. Vegetables included green onions plus standard. Nice fresh hunk of lime, not a tiny wedge that looked like it came from a cocktail class.
I'll definitely order it again, but ask for "not too many noodles" next time.
The restaurant is tucked away, adjacent to Rascals. The owner/chef is extremely friendly and helpful.
