Phopossum
This place is nicely decorated but you don't go there to eat the decor. They have the saltiest pho broth I've ever had, with no other depth of flavor. Not a huge bowl for the price. Stingy with the basil, which was brown around the edges. Also, don't count on getting what the menu says you'll get. One of us was supposed to get a soup containing beef brisket, pork, and pork sausage. It came with brisket only. We were informed that they didn't put in the sausage because some people have complained that the sausage doesn't taste like sausage. If you want authentic, go elsewhere.

Broth is devoid of beefiness but aromatic. Noodles tender and not too overcooked. Pretty average all around.
