I was surprised to find a pho station at the Horseshoe Casino buffet. There were lots of Asians in line for it so I waited for a bowl. Only variety was meatballs with rare steak (which makes sense given the volume they must serve). Broth was decent but muddy, maybe a little fatty and I couldn't detect much star anise or anything else bright. Basil, sriracha hot sauce, and jalapenos were self serve but no limes or other condiments available. Overall fine, nice to have in an otherwise uninteresting casino buffet, but nothing to go out of your way for.
