Pho Phan
I shop at the Asian supermarket which is housed in the same strip mall as Pho To Chau but never went in until yesterday. I believe the place is family owned. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I ordered my shrimp pho and it was in front of me in less than two minutes. The server said my order had been "expedited." I thought that was so nice. Maybe I looked hungry? Anyway, I thought the pho was definitely better than average. The place is very clean and very pleasant. I will definitely go back. I prefer to get my pho at family-owned restaurants than at "chains" like Than Bros which is directly across the street. If you're looking for a great pho experience, I would definitely choose Pho To Chau over Than Bros. I also got some complementary tea here, which was very nice.
