Just tried this place for the first time and I wasn't that impressed. The actual restaurant is clean and ok. I'll start with the bad and end with the good.

But the GOOD part was that their sprouts were very clean which can be hard to come by at pho places. And the service was good!
All in all, I'd go back...but only because it's close, not because I prefer it.

We have eaten pho all over Orange County and have to say that this is by far the best we've ever tasted. Everyone we have taken there agrees as well. They'll drive from as far as San Bernardino to have it too. We highly recommend it, if your a true pho lover. So,try it. You won't be disappointed with the delicious pho, great atmosphere and excellent customer service. We LOVE Pho So 9 and so will you!!!
