I love going here because it's easy for me to get drunk at the Hard Rock and then stumble my way over there for a nice refreshing bowl of pho.
The food itself is average, but the location is premium.
They need to convert it to a 24 hour spot and market to the hip crowd at the Hard Rock.

If this restaurant were to be in California, I think they would be out of business in 1 week. I have to give them a 4 since they are still better than the rest of them in term of taste, location and parking. Portion is small. Watch for MSG. But what do you expect in Vegas?

Not good at all. the other dishes aren't any better. Definitely overrated.

Pho was average. Atmosphere is not your typical pho rest. type. Had more of a fast food joint feeling. Not necessarily bad - just different.
