Imagine my surprise when I found this wonderful little restaurant in Milwaukee. I was convinced that I'd be driving from Mukwonago to Sheboygan if I wanted a great bowl of Pho Noodle soup. Wow! Was I wrong. If you are a Pho fan this is the place for you. Hot, steamy, flavorful broth. Large portions of fresh basil. Condiments need to be expanded, need peanut sauce, a ginger sauce, toasted garlic & onion etc. But we will go back & back & back again. We love it.

Food was very good but cleanliness was appalling. Half full Coke can with the condiments, walls had food on them, noodles swept off the table onto the floor (and chair seat). It made me wonder what the kitchen was like. Saigon, on National Ave. across from Phan's Garden was the city's best. Will have to re-try Tu Trinh as they were very good before their recent move. I saw a For Sale sign where their old location was and didn't realize they had just moved to a bigger setting.

This place is it for Milwaukee pho. It's small inside, but the service was phenomenal, and I had a bowl of pho on the table in minutes. I like the great options, everything from tendon to tripe, and everything in between. This pho house was super affordable, and the menu had everything you would expect. I hope they stick around, and I will definitely be back.

Pho Hai Tuyet isn't much to look at, but the Pho is so good it doesn't matter! They are very generous with their sides and their spring rolls are also awesome.

@milwmike5, you must not be a Vietnamese's foods fan. Saigon was actually sold to a Laotian and burnt down years ago (at least 2 years) LOL
