This is an international chain that generally receives high praise, but my experience was just average. The staff was very pleasant. The broth was good but nothing special. The presentation of the bowl was drab and skimpy with very few onions or meat. It definitely did NOT look like what they show on their website. Being new to the area I'm still on a quest to find a truly great bowl of Pho but have grown disillusioned. There doesn't seem to be a very large Vietnamese community here, which probably explains a lot.
