I ordered large pho with rare steak and meatballs. My first impression was that the broth tasted thinner than what I'm used to in OKC. The steak was great but the meatballs lacked the flavor I was expecting. Adding hoisin and sriracha helped and by the end I decided I would return again and try another bowl. Overall not blown away, at the moment I would give it a solid C+. Also the restaurant had a full service sushi bar that looked tasty but it was not the reason for this trip.

The Pho was good enough to silence my inner craving but it was not the greatest. I will be returning and hope my next bowl is better but for now it is a place that I can get to quickly to get my fix.
