The best in Fresno. I and others have eaten at many Pho resaurants in Sacramento and Fresno. Nothing compares to this place. The staff is very nice and service is also very good!

I tried out this place while visiting Fresno, and found the food to be pretty good. The pho had a very tasty broth, and the noodles were not clumpy. The service was very prompt and attentive, and the prices were excellent. I would urge people to try out this restaurant.

If you eat out all the time or never eat out at all you will love Pho 99. Everything you try will be the best of that dish you ever eat. They have nice big portions and all the hottest drinks, you never have wonder if your food will be good for that day! I never had one visit were I did't love my dish. My father was the one who started me to eating at 99 and it's been 12yrs and I still go strong.

As most of you know, the key is the BROTH. Pho 99's has the "kick" that makes it shine above others. Meat selection is excellent with good portions. Noodles are not clumpy and not starchy.
The vegetables usually include mint leaves and bean sprouts accompanied by slices of jalapenos (thai chillis available upon request). The ambiance is below average, but appears clean. Their egg rolls are also to die for. I have tried many other pho restaurants, bay area and so-cal. This one is true gem! The best pho anywhere.

As many of you already know, the key is the broth. Pho 99's broth has the "kick" that makes it shine compared to others. Yes, it's got MSG, but it's part of the experience. Meat selection is excellent, the noodles are not clumpy, the vegetables are fresh. The ambiance is fitting.

This is my FAVORITE place for Pho. The pho is consistently delicious and fresh. The staff is very nice and the place is always clean. When ever I think of Pho, I think of 99.
