This is a gem in an inconspicuous location. My son and I were planning on going to a Chinese buffet but changed our minds and went to Noodles Pho U. Good choice!
Vietnamese food is much lighter and fresher tasting than the Chinese we get here. It is a most welcome change. How did U miss this when I was in Vietnam??
The Pho was outstanding and delicious and the delicious peanut sauce that came with our spring rolls should be bottled and sold there.
Service was a bit slow but that was completely forgivable due to the number of patrons there. I wish them much success - and larger quarters. I will return!
