The best noodle restaurant I been to.

Do not be confused: this chain Pho restaurant is not good at all. The meat is ratty, the broth is water with MSG in it, and even the basil and limes are skimpy and not fresh. It's actually quite hard to believe how many people eat at this place considering the surprisingly mediocre product they serve. Go a little further up central and you'll find much better Pho. I've given this place one too many chances due to it's proximity to the city, but it always dissapoints, and it's a shame. (The other vietnamese dishes have amazingly ratty meat too.) I can't stress enough how misleading the relatively Western-packaging of the restaurant can be, and it's a shame this packaging, complete with chain restaurant menu, makes this place more popular.

This pho was not fresh. The broth was very simple, salty and watery. The meat was mediocre. I would never get pho here again.

I was in Charlotte and looked this place up. It turned out to be one of the best Pho restaurants I've been to.
