This is my only real experience with pho, but it quickly became my favorite meal!

Best Pho in Charlotte hands down. Only Pho in Charlotte that the broth isn't just chicken stock and MSG. Meat is not ratty at all. Fresh greenery.

We have tried all of the pho places in Charlotte--Pho An Hoa is by far the best. The meat is tender and flavorful. Tons of fresh basil and limes. Broth is excellent. Waitstaff and owners are uncharacteristically friendly and accomodating.
