The waitress did not help us right away instead she help her other customers that is Vietnamese first even though we were there clearly before the other customers. We were given old brown and broken bean sprouts and the other tables got fresh ones. The decor was very old and looks like it need to be clean. The floors were very gross too. I was very grossed out and would not recommend this joint to anyone.

Well have you been there lately? They have a new owner, and have remodeled. The service is great, the food is yummy, and the deserts, oh yeah they have desert, and it's a knock out. Try the mung bean cheese cake : )

They put a lot of effort into remodeling, agreed. But some of the other places down the street, or on Nicollet, simply have far better pho. I felt like I was patronized here a bit, also, for not being Vietnamese. I've eaten a heck of a lot of pho, I'd rather go to a more authentic place that just slaps the soup down in front of me, like for anyone else.

I loved the pho here! I eat a lot of pho and this place was hands down the best in St. Paul. I love the broth because a lot of pho restaurant's broth has a sweetness taste to it which I dislike. Too bad this place is now Ngon (which is like the LeAnn Chin of pho), americanized.
