Had dinner on a Sunday 3/11. The Eastern Ave location is a very clean, seemingly new modern shopping center parking lot with lots of other cool businesses.
The restaurant is decorated nicely and is inviting. Not a hole in the wall restaurant.
The cha gio was decent, but not up there with some of the better I've had. The pho was satisfying. Veggies fresh. Service good. Good people watching in this restaurant. I hate wooden chop sticks, but no choice here.
I would certainly recommend this restaurant if you are on that side of town. There is a Pho Little Saigon (that is not yet on this site) directly across the highway on the other side of Eastern Ave. if you prefer them instead. This entire area is clean and modern. No ghetto here.
