We called in an order just about half an hour ago. I got to the restaurant to pick up the order and it was like I was from another planet. No one had any knowledge of the order, nor could they get their shit together enough to even take an order. They were however able to run my credit card for the amount of the phantom order. I received my money back in cash. I will be keeping a real close eye on my bank statements along with the local law enforcement department and I hope some kind of fraud occurs. Absolutely horrible place and horrible service. I will stick with the professionals at Charlies when visiting Alaska and pass this experience along to all of my colleagues.

never thought i would find any good pho restaurants outside of Houston, then a coworker recommended Pho Lena and I was blown away! Easily one of the best pho ive ever had
