My first Experience with Pho. I didn't expect so much from a bowl of boiled water. I can't get enough. The other Pho restaurants I've been to haven't been nearly as good.

Like the other Pho Bang restaurants in the New Orleans area, this one makes a great soup. I usually get Pho Bo, because I really like the meatballs. I don't eat there enough to try the other dishes, but they look great when I see them being delivered to other tables. The egg and spring rolls are great too. I always eat here on the way to the airport since it is nearby. Soup is light and fresh with a consistent broth.

I love this place however the last time I ate there the pork chop smelled rotten. I hope this was a fluke. I do plan to return because my food there has always been great except on this one time.
