Being from Southern California (San Diego and Los Angeles area), I have been accustomed to having had the best Pho in the US. I would consider myself as one of the harshest Pho critics in America and I can provide a very unbias and professional opinion. Little Saigon is located in a very old building. It needs serious renovation but if you can overlook this environment, the Pho here will be well worth it. The broth is very flavorful and the portions is good. The vegetables provided is also fresh and meat is very adequate. I would recommend their spring roll as an appetizer. My overall satisfaction with their Pho is very good.
