I eat here frequently because it is close to work. Soup is good except they are a little heavy with what tastes like sesame oil. A bit stronger than I would like. Having said that, I still enjoy the soup. The restaurant is small and fills up quickly at lunch on weekdays. Suggest you either leave early or late if you have your heart set on soup. The spring rolls are good too.

The restaurant is closed after Katrina. I went by on 4/1/06 and it was still closed. Call before you go. If they reopen, I am sure the food will be as good as usual.
