Easy access off 59 Highway helps if you are in a hurry to get your pho fix. Plenty of parking so you can get in/out quickly. It remains one of the few places to maintain the quality and keeping the price reasonable. Clean, fast, efficient services. Broth is delightful full flavored. Fresh noodles, of course. Meat are beefy abundant. The veggies? Fresh and plentiful. hands down best in class anywhere !!! Get out of the crowded Asian malls, go here fellow pho-natics.

The Open neon sign beckons across the mostly empty lot to the large cluster of cars huddled near the entrance. Posted signs warn patrons not to leave valuables in vehicles. Service was still friendly and the food came out pretty durn fast. The bowl seems to be a bit smaller than last remembered.
Oh dear, the broth seems to have slipped a couple of notches. It looks milkier and less substantial, all the essential pho notes flatlined. Serving temp was a bit tepid as well and was not able to cook the sprouts before cooling off. Noodle was still al dente, the rare meat sliced gossemer thin, and the fresh veggies echoes of the glorious past. It does not bode well for the future though if the present holds true.
