This used to be one of my favorite Pho place when I first moved to Houston. Since then, there have been a couple changing of the guards as well as a more up to date storefront facelift made mandatory by the strip mall folks. To my utter dismay, the prices have gone up and the quality have nosedived.
My recent outing finds the broth a bit briny and cloudy with the flavor pushing more on the tallow end instead of the beefy side. As there is no XL selection, the bowl size seems average with the meat selection now spartan relative to what I remembered. If the trend continues, I'm gonna have to find a new Pho hangout when I'm back in town.
