Medium sized restaurant in standalone building in front of Home Depot. Rustic decor that is hard to place but definitely not Hawaiian. Despite the namesake, pho is actually a minority in the menu selection. In the meager 10% menu billing they offer combination, beef, chicken, fish meatball, vegetable, and seafood pho in large or small. I picked my safe bet, a large bowl of combination pho. Menu price $6.99. You place the order at the counter and they bring you the food.

At first glance, the bowl was HUGE in size and content. You better have a good appetite or have someone to share to try to tackle this.
Conspicuously absent or barely detectable was the anise flavor from the broth, perhaps as a result it tastes more fatty and gamy despite no obvious floating globules of beef tallow. The meat combination was decent with good representation from the 7 basic pho building blocks. Noodles was the fresh made varietal cooked al dente with excellent chewiness and no clumping. The veggies on the other hand showed poorly with only sprigs of cilantros on a bed bean sprouts accompanied by slices of jalapenos and 2 very thin wedges of lime. NO vn basils or coriander... shame shame shame ... Strange that they put so much effort in the front end and miss so much on the key supporting ingredients that make pho what pho is to me ... sniff sniff
Service was fairly slow as it seems only 1 person was manning the entire dining room from front line ordering, delivering food, cleaning up table, as well as taking phone orders. My order took close to 10 minutes from time of order til the big bowl hit the table.
The place have a lot of potential if they just refer back to the menu picture and deliver what is shown there. These ingredients are in ample supply and should not be skimped on.
They get a B for effort. Hope they get better.

The pho was so good. It had the right consistency. The broth was pretty good. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Excellent and reasonably priced. Will be back.
