I must be spoiled from eating in Portland all the time, I don't want to give a low rating cuz it was alright, but not enough meat and the broth had a weird flavor.

This place is new and looks nice. Bottom line is is not great PHO it is ok at best. "Broth" has no flavor to it at all it is very, very clear. I have been to other Pho places in Salem have have yet to find a quality place.

First off this restaurant has stated they have a downtown Salem location which has actually been closed.
My wife and I went to the Lancaster location and couldn't believe how bland the broth was which is the basis for excellent Pho. I've had Pho a thousand times over when we lived in the Portland area so I've got a pretty good idea of what quality Pho is. It tasted like ever so lightly seasoned water. The after taste was poor tap water.
