i haven't been to this location, but they had a pho hoa in gainesville, ga.. i did eat there, it was pretty good. the meat was a little tough but it was still good. the main problem i have is that when i walked in the whole place looked at me as if i was an alien (i'm large and white}. oh, and the chopsticks suck! they are the square plastic kind that suck.

I've been to this place since 10 years ago. Back then, it was run by two little old ladies, the house was always packed at pretty much all hours, and the service was fast.
Now, I've moved about 40 minutes away, but occasionally find myself in the neighborhood. I'd stop in for old time's sake. How the place has changed!
Management has changed. Service is extremely slow. At my recent visit, there were only about 3 occupied tables in the entire place (during regular lunch hours), and yet my order took about 20 minutes to come out.
In addition to the slow service, a big turn off was that the place seemed very unclean. We've had uninvited, winged visitors crawling by our table as we ate on more than one occasion (if there are roaches in the DINING ROOM, imagine what's in the kitchen!). Also, the bathroom is pretty gross. If this is the condition of places that the customers have access to, imagine how filthy it must be in the rooms we DON'T have access to: the kitchen!
The pho was okay (3 out of 5 average I guess), but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend for the 2 reasons above: 1) very slow service, and 2) unsanitary.

I agree with Ex-Patron's review 100%. Used to be great! They changed management and now it's sub-par...on a good day.
