This is a fast food style restaurant so the selection isn't that big but the prices are low. However the portion is tiny, usually pho bowls are filled with onion, but there's hardly any here and there are only 4 pieces of beef flank (not to mention they are like 2" x 1.5" big)!
If you are dying for a Vietnamese restaurant in Monroe, you may want to take a look at this place, despite you probably will leave just as hungry as before you ate here.

The servings are very small. The chicken in the pho looks like the remnants of meat off the bones, with cartilage and sometimes bone chips. For better quality, the meat should be pulled breast, and more than a tablespoon per serving. Otherwise, the soup tastes pretty good.
