I'm from North Texas which is a mecca for Vietnamese food so I've had good Pho. Vietnamese Express Cafe's Pho broth is decent but not the best, their noodles seem to change week to week to either a different type to being over cooked. It seems like the owner is really trying to stretch her budget and the quality of the ingredients is suffering. The service is also not what you expect from a Vietnamese place. The servers seem to be very TGI Friday's ish and they don't know anything about the menu or Vietnamese food.

Experienced pho consumer recently relocated to S. Florida. There is no good pho in Palm Beach County that I know of. The best I've found in the region is Pho Hoa in Tamarac.
