Mmmm! This pho was almost as good as ATL pho. Really tasty broth and thinly sliced, cartilage-free beef...one size, $8. Nicer/cleaner than your typical Vietnamese pho spot since you're catering to mostly non-asians in this area which is probably why it's a couple bucks more. Tastes really good though, I'd recommend Basilic. Spring rolls (fried) were yums too.
