Wow what a weird place! Service was alright but we were the only ones there. Egg rolls were horrible and overpriced and soup was overpriced! Only place on Longmont and will suffice if need be. Do not make a special trip.

Don't waste your time at this one. They are cheap. Ordered a to-go Pho with raw steak and got home with one tiny piece of meat.
Had eaten in once before and they were skimpy then to. Won't go back.
Shame that I live in Longmont and have to travel to Boulder for good Pho.

I must admit that when I first tried Saigon Express, I was unimpressed, both by their curt service and bland broth. I decided recently, though, to give it another shot and was so happy I did! They changed their broth and it's now excellent.

Very good pho. Lots of meat in the pho-ga, a fair amount in the raw steak. The saigon rolls were excellent. Reasonably priced.
