This is a cafeteria style restaurant with very clean and new appointments. Located in the shopping center across from the Pancake house. The staff was friendly if a little hard to communicate with.
The shrimp Pho was terrific, clean fresh fish stock , buttery tender shrimp, light noodles and crunchy veggies.
I had a summer roll as well and it was very well made and tasty.
Strong recommendation.
