This place has closed and reopened (in May 2009) as the Pho Saigon. The previous owners were out-competed by Pho So 1 across the street. We decided to try Pho Saigon after repeated bad service at Pho So 1. Pho was very good; not unlike Pho So 1, part of our order did not arrive, but at least Pho Saigon apologized to us and we felt welcome there. They don't take credit cards but they promise to do so in the near future.
