Minh Hai's pho is the best in RI. It's very hot and warms a cold body in minutes! Minh and his brother Hai are wonderful people and their restaurant is clean and friendly. We have pho at Minh Hai about once a week. We also love the BBQ beef and the hot Vietnamese coffee. This place is a find.
