Broth was cloudy, and lacked the full flavor found in pho made from long-simmered beef bones. Disappointing.

Pho is my favorite meal and my husbands favorite also. We stumbled across this restaurant a couple of years ago when we moved to WA from CA. Pho Hoa is our favorite pho place in WA. The broth is slighlty sweet and when you add in all the other ingredients it is heaven in your mouth! Everytime we are in Issaquah we stop and get pho.
