This place is ok, my bf loves it for some reason, so I am subjected to eating here at least once a week (he's also a human garbage disposal and will eat just about anything).
The broth is average, not like the piss they serve at the Pho Hoa chain, but nowhere near heavenly like Grandma's.
My complaint is the meat. Its super fatty and gristly. The chicken is like jerky. They do provide more meat than usual though, but the place should focus on quality, not quantity. The bowls, small or large, are 3/4 filled with noodles, which, judging by their clumps, look like they've been sitting in the empty bowl for a while. Not freshly boiled the way I like it.
