Ming-Jou
A friend lives right down the street from this place so we stopped by to try it out. Service was decent, people spoke English and understood us with ease. The bowls came out in expected times and piping hot. The areas where my rating drops is due to the food itself and not so much in service. The broth was really dark and cloudy unlike other places I have gone. It was flavorful but not sure if the taste was for me. The meat was on the chewy side and vegetables were browning just a tad. Overall I'd say this wouldn't be my first pick to go eat at again.

This place is excellent. The broth is VERY tasty. The meat is always tender and flavorful. The noodles are delish and i have nothing bad to say about them. The staff is really nice, and our Pho always comes out in a timely manner.

Went recently with my two kids. Service was horrible and very unfriendly. The food was not good, and the spoons and chopsticks at the table were dirty. Will not be going here again.

I don't get here as often as I used to, which used to be up to a couple times a week. Though it has been awhile, this place is still one of my favorites for pho.
Being non-Vietnamese, I am unsure what "traditional" pho should be. I happen to like the broth here, though it can be a bit cloudy. It's flavorful and rich on the lips. The vegetables are sometimes a bit below par but being that they get steamed up in the broth, I can't be too picky about that.
If you're a fan of bun bo Hue, this is one place you should go. They really go all out with the bone, blood cake, and spicy broth.
