Pho Phan
So good! The broth is rich, full-bodied, and very flavorful. I would deem this a perfect bowl of pho (had pho tai chin). The broth was also very clean. The meat was thin and fresh, and the veggies were very fresh. The noodles broke up easily and were of a nice consistency. I got takeout, and the broth was still extremely hot once I got home. I always put a bowl in the microwave and use the "plate heating" option so my bowl is hot, too. I'm excited because this place is much closer to my home than I realized; I will definitely return! It is difficult to find, but just look for the 7-11 and go to the little strip mall tucked in behind it. The inside was very pleasant, and many of the tables were taken (it was lunch time when I arrived to place my order). The woman who took my order and gave me my order was very friendly. The prices here seem to be about a $1 less than other Eastside pho places I've visited. There are so many good Eastside options - one definitely does not need to head to Seattle to get good pho.

This is our family's absolute favorite Pho place. They are so friendly and have great service and prices. The broth is so good it is hard to go elsewhere.
