I've been going to Avina's when it was on Bell Rd and 43rd Ave. It's really delicious! It's a little pricy, but it's well worth it.

The broth is always consistent at Pho Avina, I eat there on a weekly basis. Always flavorful and savory. Fresh basil, and bean sprouts, and excellent meat and noodles.

This is very nice Pho with lots of flavor but very far away for me to get to routinely. Fortunately for me I have several I ranked slightly higher that are closer to me.
VERY nice broth, lots of meat (although a couple of pieces were a little tough) served by the little Vietnamese Lady who obviously is responsible for its delicate flavor. Beats out lots of very wellregarded “Pho Joints,” quite handily. Nice surprise and I will repeat any time I am close.

I ate at Pho Avina a couple days ago.I think it would of been pretty good,but there was a "soap" taste from the bowl/spoon/chopsticks ?.It pretty much ruined the Pho.I assume they are not sterilizing the dishes when washing.Too Bad.
