The restaurant itself is clean and classy. Not as cafeteria-style as Pho 75, another local establishment.
Service is pretty quick, usually from the moment you sit down to the moment you start garnishing your bowl, it's no more than 10 minutes. Most servers speak spanish too and all are friendly :)
The portions of meat are a bit small so you almost have to order an extra side order of meat (whether flank or meatballs) so be ready for that. The broth is pretty good (4/5, clear and fresh) and the garnishes are always fresh.
Carryout service is also quick and they pack everything carefully and will gladly give you extra condiments and garnishes for free upon request. Whenever I call in (from my cell when I'm ~10 min. away from the restaurant) the order is always ready and waiting when I get to the counter. Perfect for those rainy days when you want to have some pho at home. :)
4/5 overall in my book! I stop here whenever I am in the area with friends.

Love this place. The noodles aren't overcooked like lots of places, and they have just the right texture, at least for my taste. The meat is really good and really makes this place stand out. They have the best brisket that I have ever had at a pho restaurant. The broth is excellent, and the flavors in it are more complex than most places. Veggies are usually good, but not always.

This broth was so complex and good that I went up to thank the owner and tell him it was better than than the dozens of bowls of Pho I'd had in San Francisco!
