Food
I've eaten at all Vietnamese restaurants in Albuquerque, and Pho Nguyen is by far the very best. The price is reasonable and service is friendly. I love the Pho (beef noodle soup), and catfish sour soup. The spring rolls and shrimp wrapped in bacon is also great appetizers. The restaurant's decor is very classy and the bathroom very clean. Don't take my word for it, you gotta go try the food yourself. Highly recommended!

The pho at Pho Nguyen is excellent! The broth is flavorful and not greasy. The ambiance is nice, and the staff are friendly. Try the Vietnamese pancakes, they are delicious, too. Highly recommend this place!!

Hands down best Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque! Try the shrimp wrapped in bacon, shrimp in bean curd wrap, and papaya salad! Don't take my word for it, you gotta try for yourself.

Pho Nguyen just became my favorite restaurant. Best food in town, with the most refreshing atmosphere, not to mention it's cheap. You can easily get a main dish, appetizer and drink for under $10. That's fine dining I can handle. Gotta try the papaya salad and spring rolls. Highly recommended!!!!

After moving to Albuquerque, we thought we'd never find a great Vietnamese place. We just tried Pho Nguyen and we will absolutely be back - again and again! The steamed shrimp and pork spring rolls were wonderful, the peanut sauce was tasty and fresh and our main dishes were delicious (my husband had the house special Beef Pho and I had the grilled lemongrass beef with vermicelli & vegetables). In addition, the bathrooms were very clean and the waitstaff was attentive and prompt. We shared an appetizer, had our main dishes and we each had drinks - and we paid $20. Excellent & highly recommended!!

I have traveled all around the United States and this food is one of the best i ever eaten. The fried wontons are soo good and the pho is made just right. The short ribs are very good and have alot of flavor to them, im sure that you can order anything on this menu and be a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!!!

Fist time I had Pho to-go! I was pleasantly surprised when I got home. Broth, noodles, meats, etc. were all separate and neatly wrapped and the proper amount of condiments accompanied. The Pho was exceptional! I can only imagine how much better it is when you dine in......cant wait to go again!

I agree with all the other comments. This is the best Vietnamese in town! The spring rolls are perfect (I prefer the ones without shrimp) and their noodle dishes leave you craving more. All the ingredients are so fresh and flavored perfectly. Definitely don't waste your time at the other places around town - Pho Nguyen is the place to go!
