Pho Hoa is my favorite restaurant! It's cheap and it's really good. In my opinion Pho Hoa has the most flavorful broth. The restaurant is clean and the staff is also very friendly. They also have a good selection of smoothies with Tapioca.

Good environment, has a decent sized flat-screen TV with sports or news on. (I'm sure you can request a channel...) Gas fireplace underneath TV. Nice looking bubble-tea area behind counter, although they use powder. Pho was nice, hot, and tasted good. Not nearly as much vegetables as other shops. Overall good experience.
