I am from Austin, TX and Pho' was a food staple for me and several co-workers 2 or 3 times a week. We had several favorite places that we would visit each week. Vinh-long was actually better than the ones I frequented in Austin. My only dissapointment was the limited menu but the flavors of their soup was superb and the freshness of vegatables and meat was excellent! Everytime I go to Nashville, (once a month), I make it a point to eat here. I highly recommend this restuarant.
Very good pho. An old woman makes the broth every day so you know it's GOOD.
Best pho I've had in Nashville.
My friend from Colorado introduced me to Pho last year and since then we have been searching for even decent Pho in Nashville. I found this place online and it had good reviews like all the others, and you at least have to give it a shot right?
Well, this place I thought was by far the best Pho that I'd ever had. The portion size was huge, and flavor of it was absolutely wonderful. Besides the fact that it was a total hole in the wall (which where I'm from in New orleans are the best restaurants), and everyone in there when I went looked vietnamese to me....so you know if they're all eating there...it's as authentic as it gets. I finally found my Pho restaurant...best part is my buddy hasn't been yet, so I get to take him for the first time today. :)
