I ate there once on my trip back home to see my parents. The pho is just average and the price is a bit high.

I work in downtown Bellevue and have tried this place a few times. I always come out disappointed. Even after I request all the things I am accustomed to having with pho (chili oil, etc) it doesn't taste right.

You can definitely do better than What the Pho. The name brought us in, but we left asking: WTF?

The chicken is often very dry. Convenient but not very good.

This is the worst Pho i've ever had, i have Pho at least once a week and i've been to this one a few times and i still convinced that they are the worst. i haven't been to the bothell one so i can't rate them but the southcenter one is the BOMB!!! they have really really good pho!!! good food in general, why i don't know but i eat there at least every other week.

Eat here all the time and fast quick service. Actually clean and they know how to refill your water. And they actually take credit cards. The Bellevue spot is packed, so means lots of people must like it. Haven't tried Bothell, but their Southcenter location looks amazing and also has great service and food.
