Ate there already, it was O.K. Saigon Cafe is better.

Lack of service, ambiance & good food. We will not return.

The broth was horrible, it tasted like a broth mix. The meat was okay, but I think that's because when I ate their the place was new. Agree with Sai Gon Cafe being better.

I ate here 2/2008 and I think it was really good. Yummy appetizers-spring rolls, sticky rice in banana leaves. Good soup with meatballs. They were actually very friendly, as well.

I love this restaurant so much its like a second home for me. The cleanliness is supreme and the service is first class. The only thing that needs work is the freshness of the vegetables and the sign out front.....but to my knowledge the sign is replaced....thank god the first sign was terrible. So if your Vietnamese or just the average jo shmo who can find something great at Pho Lancaster Cafe.

I've gone here once, twice, sometimes 3x a week. Why? well besides living at Bentley Ridge, it's great. I've been to another, the green noodle shop, while admittedly that restaurant has better, beefier broth, Pho Lancaster is overall better. It is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in, let alone an Asian restaurant. Does that say much? I grew up in NY, I'm asian by decent and I've eaten in Chinatown from 0-22 years of age. While Chinatown in NYC has the best food, barring actually going to China, It's not admittedly clean, but the food is great so whatever.

Service? super friendly, nice, what more could you want, they're native Vietnamese, and their English isn't as a second language, but they communicate well and I don't see any problems, besides having people with less English and more of their native tongue while in an authentic ethnic restaurant is a plus, that just means the food will be that much better.

If you live in this 5 mile area, Pho Lancaster is the best Asian cuisine available. While yes, you have the award winning Tony Wangs 1m down, it's way too tailored for American tastes and not "authentic" enough for me. If you don't understand that, then you don't need to know anymore, if you understand that Tony Wangs menu has been altered to suit the taste buds of Americans and Tony Wangs is really a high end takeout place then yes, you understand me when I say Pho lancaster is the best authentic Asian cuisine within this 5m radius.

The menu covers the Vietnamese classics: rolls, pho, bun, and broken rice platters, and does them quite well. The combination bun I've been having lately (cold noodles and salad with pork, pork skin, meatballs, egg rolls, and fish sauce) is wonderful. Friendly people, immaculately clean, real glass glasses and ceramic plates.

We've eaten here a few times, and in the past, the food was adequate. The last time we ate here, not one dish they delivered to our table was the one that I ordered. They got it right the second time with each one, after I pointed out to them that it was wrong. The other person got what they ordered. My preference is that they get the order 100% correct.

Amazing! We travel from Virginia to Maryland to Pennsylvania. I have NEVER seen a restaurant as clean as this one. The food is great. The people are friendly and know how to work with you. They recently opened so not too many people know where they are located.

Had been stuck across the street overnight, in a "Pa Dutch" hotel following a tire blowout in the middle of a road trip -- we found this place and what a fab surprise! EXCELLENT pho (and I would know, just trust me), lovely staff and crowd, and just what we needed to kick us off on the rest of our journey. Thanks Pho Lancaster Cafe!

Pho is great here. Plenty of basil, sprouts etc. Had pho in AZ, MD and now PA - this is great. Ambiance is typical - why invest in the space? Spend it on the food and keep the prices reasonable. The Spring roles are great.

Flank meat was iridescent and had odd flavor. I should've known better but was stuffy and thought it was me. 2 days later I can't get off the toilet. Too bad because the service was good and the people were very friendly.

I eat at Vietnamese restaurants in NYC's Chinatown about twice a week. I wasn't expecting great Vietnamese food in Lancaster during a shopping trip with family. I've been there twice in two days and ordered the #23 Pho. I mostly eat the meat, some broth, and some noodle. I cleaned the bowl twice in two days and wish I could go there again but leaving tomorrow morning at 9:30a.m. The pho noodles were also really tasty. I tried to go tonight but the close at 9p.m. Their spring/summer rolls were a little bland, though. The Vietnamese coffee was mindblowing.
