Pho is their specialty and it is served only on Saturdays. The broth is rich, flavorful, and dark but yet clear, not mirky (I believe the start cooking the broth the day before and simmer the flavor in). The best pho I've ever had!! In all the major cities I've traveled, I've searched for a great Pho restaurant and Peking still stands on top. Who would have thought that it would located in central Illinois. Stop by, have the "Large Bowl" with a glass of Vietnamese Iced Coffee and enjoy!!

I have been going to Peking Restaurant for about 10 years now to get the Pho soup on Saturdays (only served 1 day a week). However, today, I went in there and learned that as of this week they now serve it every day! I am super happy about that. Their Pho is wonderful.
