Little Saigon is a very hard to find restaurant that is very much worth the trouble. While it's small inside (almost like eating in someone's kitchen!), the friendly staff serve a really nice bowl of Pho that offers complex, flavorful broth, very nicely cut meat, and a good size bowl. Sometimes, they overdo it with the onions, but that's a very minor complaint.

(A quick review from a "white guy/non-asian decent" who used to work inside the DC beltway, fell in love with Pho, and misses it greatly): I tried Little Saigon for lunch today because I really wanted a warm bowl of Pho on a cold, cold day. Fortunately, Google led me to Pho Fever which led me to Little Saigon. To my knowledge, Little Saigon is the ONLY Pho restaurant in the entire Lehigh Valley. As the reviewer above notes, it is challenging to find - if you enter 1033 North 6th Street into a GPS, it will take you to a residential neighborhood north of Route 22. The actual location is on the corner of Sumner Ave. and 6th Street Ext in Allentown, south of Route 22. I suggest you enter this intersection into your GPS. Little Saigon is a small, family-owned restaurant that the proprietor told me has been open for 7 years. The restaurant is small, but bigger than it looks from the outside. I would estimate they have 10 tables and can seat about 50 people. They offer a number of Pho options, but I prefer brisket and flank steak only in my Pho and they graciously accommodated my request. A large bowl was delivered to me in less than 5 minutes (literally) and it was overflowing with deliciousness. I find the "broth flavor" criticisms puzzling, because I find that Pho is a "season to taste" meal. I personally like a heavy squirt of Sriracha, a squeeze of a few limes and a handful of jalapenos to accompany my beef, onions and noodles. All of these were provided to me and I was very happy with my experience. I will definitely be back.
