I've had pho in all of the Kitsap-area Vietnamese restaurants I have been able to find (Bremerton, Silverdale & Poulsbo), and Heidi's is tops! Be sure to ask for "everything" when you order the #1 (Pho Dac Biet) -- you'll want the tripe & tendon. The owner is very friendly and the restaurant has a surprisingly expansive menu, including many other Vietnamese dishes. Why the in the world would any sane person want to eat teriyaki when they can enjoy a delicious authentic Vietnamese dish instead??

This place is the grossest place I've ever been in. The place smelled like dirty feet and cilantro. The decor was all cluttered with dusty fake plants and vietnamese trinkets. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and it was incredibly dark. The soup was disgussting and I had the "bad" parts of the vegetable in mine that should have been disposed of. I will never eat there again. I dont know how they pass inspections.

This is the ONLY place I will eat Pho thus far in Kitsap County. Yet the inside of the business is old but the food area is clean, the service is very kind and the Pho is outstanding. If you havent had good Pho you dont know what you are missing until you do. My husband loves the General Tao Chicken with fried rice.
